Social Media, Community & Ads Manager

Overview

You’ll be responsible for making our clients’ brands feel alive on social media, driving growth, engagement, and cultural relevance. i.e You lead strategy, content planning, and execution across multiple platforms for fashion and lifestyle brands. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client goals.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars.
  • Collaborate with creatives, copywriters, and brand teams to produce engaging content.

     •.  Schedule, publish, and monitor content across platforms.

  • Track performance metrics and prepare weekly & monthly reports using analytics tools.
  • Maintain platform consistency in tone, aesthetic, and voice 
Social Media Management
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content (visual, written, and video) tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor performance, track KPIs, and optimize content strategies using insights and analytics.
  • Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and new features.
Community Management
  • Build and nurture an engaged online community across social channels.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, authentic, and brand-aligned manner.
  • Proactively interact with followers, partners, and relevant online communities to spark conversation and foster relationships.
  • Implement strategies to boost engagement, grow loyal audiences, and gather feedback.
Advertising & Paid Media
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Define campaign objectives, audience targeting, and budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor, test, and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Provide detailed reports on ad spend, reach, conversions, and ROI.

Must reside in Lagos 

Full Time Role (Hybrid) 

Salary range: 150,000 NGN – 250,000 NGN (depending on expertise)

Job Summary:

Lead content planning and execution across multiple fashion and lifestyle client accounts. You’ll be responsible for developing content strategies that drive engagement, brand visibility, and measurable results.

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Planning: Create and manage Content calendars and campaign timelines.
  • Audience Research: Understand the target audience’s behavior, preferences, and challenges.
  • Content Strategy Development: Brief and guide creatives with strategic direction and brand insights.
  • Cross-Platform Coordination: Ensure content is tailored for each platform while maintaining consistency.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with content and digital marketing trends to keep strategies fresh.
  • SEO & Analytics: Track and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, SEO, conversions) to optimize future content.
  • Work closely with: Social Media Managers.
 

Must reside in Lagos 

 

Full Time Role (Hybrid) 

 

Salary range: 150,000 NGN – 300,000 NGN (depending on expertise)
